Guerrero had one pinch-hit plate appearance during Sunday's loss to the Miami Marlins. He popped out with two runners on and the Blue Jays down by two in the eighth inning.
The 26-year-old hurt his left hamstring last Monday after doing the splits at first base on a defensive play versus the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Guerrero's hit 21 homers to go along with 69 RBIs and an .892 OPS over 125 games for the AL East-leading Blue Jays this season.
