Flores is guaranteed to earn $4.25 million in 2019 with a base salary of $3.75 million and a $500,000 buyout of his club option, Passan reports. If Arizona decides to exercise the option, Flores would be paid $6 million in 2020.
Flores has played four different positions in the infield during his career and should bring added defensive versatility to the D-Backs.
Flores was non-tendered by the New York Mets in November after hitting .267/.319/.417 with 11 home runs and 51 RBIs in 126 games.
Across six seasons in New York, the 27-year-old owned a .262/.303/.424 slash line with 68 homers and 253 RBIs.
