Boxing legend Floyd Mayweather put on a clinic in his latest exhibition match, a rematch against John Gotti III.

Mayweather went the distance with Gotti in their lopsided eight-round bout, which took place Saturday night in Mexico City. No winner was declared because it was an unofficial contest.

Mayweather, 47, showed his smooth boxing skills throughout 16 minutes of action but did not attempt to finish the fight.

In the contest's most bizarre moment, Mayweather yelled at the referee for what he believed was a bad call midway through Round 2, and a new referee stepped in to officiate the rest of the fight.

The first exhibition between Mayweather and Gotti took place in June 2023 and ended in a no-contest in the sixth round due to the two boxers ignoring warnings from the referee to stop talking trash. A brawl broke out in the ring afterward when Gotti attacked Mayweather.

The rematch against Gotti was Mayweather's eighth exhibition bout since retiring from pro competition in 2017 with a 50-0 record.

Gotti is a former MMA fighter (he went 5-1 between 2017-20) and the grandson of infamous mob boss John Gotti.
