NHL Game Summary - NY Islanders at Dallas

Dallas, TX (SportsNetwork.com) - The New York Islanders extended both their road winning streak and Dallas' woes in dramatic fashion, scoring three times in the final 4:16 of the third period for a 4-2 win over the falling Stars.

Kyle Okposo had two goals, including the game-tying marker, for the Islanders, who have won four straight and seven in a row as the visiting club. John Tavares put New York ahead with 1:24 remaining before Brock Nelson added an empty-netter.

Kevin Poulin gave up two first-period goals to the Stars, but recovered to finish with 29 saves.

Dan Ellis stopped 27 shots for Dallas, which has dropped its last six games -- all in regulation.
