NHL Game Summary - Ottawa at Los Angeles

Los Angeles, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Jeff Carter netted the game-winner 28 seconds into overtime to give the Los Angeles Kings a 4-3 win over the Ottawa Senators on Wednesday.

Mike Richards controlled the puck at the point and ripped a shot on goal. Carter was there to redirect the disc for the game-winning tally.

Carter finished with two goals and Dustin Brown add a pair of goals for the Kings, who had dropped back-to-back games entering the contest. Jonathan Quick stopped 22 shots in the victory.

Jean-Gabriel Pageau, Bobby Ryan and Milan Michalek scored one goal apiece for the Senators, who fell to 1-0-2 on the season.

Craig Anderson made 28 saves in the setback.
