VIDEO: Tony Mitchell wins D-League Dunk Contest, Idaho's Single takes 3-Point crown

Remember the name Tony Mitchell.

The Alabama product put himself on the map on Saturday by winning the NBA D-League Slam Dunk Contest at halftime of the D-League All-Star Game. That alone is enough to warrant attention, but it's also the second straight D-League Dunk Contest he's won. It's difficult to win, it's nearly impossible to repeat, what with judge's fatigue and the limits on creativity.

But he did it. And oh my, did he do it in impressive fashion. His slams included an impressive windmill over a child and an alley-oop thrown home off a pass from deep in the crowd:

Of course, Ra'Shad James pulled off something similar, which makes that last one seem just a little less special:

Perhaps the most fun dunk of the contest came from Thanasis Antetokounmpo, who dunked over his brother, Milwaukee Bucks rookie GIannis Antetokounmpo:

Earlier in the event, E.J. Singler of the Idaho Stampede - brother of Pistons wing Kyle Singler - won the D-League 3-Point Contest with a late heave. That's hardly a surprise, as Singler is shooting a ridiculous 47.5 percent on threes this season.
