Serena rallies from set down to make Rogers Cup final
After dropping the opening set, Serena Williams stormed back to defeat fellow Rogers Cup semifinalist Marie Bouzkova 1-6, 6-3, 6-3, setting up Sunday's finale in Toronto against rising Canadian star Bianca Andreescu.
Andreescu became the first Canadian in 50 years to make the tournament's final when she eliminated Sofia Kenin earlier Saturday.
Williams' win marked her 500th victory on the hard court.

A win on Sunday would give Williams her fourth Canadian Open title, a feat that would tie her with Monica Seles and Chris Evert for the most in the competition.
It will be the first meeting between Williams and Andreescu.
"I've never faced her, but I've kinda become a fan with everyone rooting and cheering so hard," Williams said of Andreescu after her win. "It's kind of been contagious - you know, the Bianca effect. I've always wanted to play her so I look forward to it. Hopefully, some of you guys will cheer for me tomorrow."
