Pulisic scored his fifth goal in his last three Premier League outings for Chelsea on Saturday but suffered a hip issue during the 2-0 win. Bradley is carrying an injury to his right ankle following Toronto FC's MLS Cup final loss to the Seattle Sounders on Sunday.
"Advancing to the knockout phase is our priority, and that starts by getting a win against Canada," Berhalter said. "We will be ready to play, the team is looking forward to competing in front of our fans.
"Orlando has been a great venue for the national team, and the support of our fans makes a big difference."
Canada registered a historic 2-0 victory over the United States in last month's Nations League match in Toronto. The USMNT must beat both Group A leader Canada and Cuba while overcoming a three-goal swing in the former's favor to punch its ticket to the knockout round of the inaugural 2019-20 Nations League campaign.
