Na shoots scorching 61 to hold 2-shot lead at Shriners Hospitals Open

Kevin Na is on fire in Las Vegas.

After shooting a 9-under 62 in Round 2 to grab a share of the lead, Na pulled away from the field with a 10-under 61 on Saturday to take a two-shot edge into the final round of the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open.

The 2011 champion made 10 birdies and no bogeys in Round 3 to set a 54-hole scoring record at TPC Summerlin. He's at 22-under par with 18 holes left to play.

Patrick Cantlay is alone in second at 20-under. He shared the 36-hole lead with Na but lost ground with an 8-under 63 on Day 3.

TPC Summerlin got overpowered by the field Saturday. The scoring average was 67.75 (par 71) with only eight of the 76 players who made the cut over par for the day.

Phil Mickelson was one of those in black numbers. He shot a 3-over 74 to fall into a tie for 69th. He was two shots off the lead after Round 1.
