Tiger Woods needed a big weekend at the BMW Championship to qualify for next week's season finale after back-to-back 71s put him in an early hole.

He's delivered so far.

The 43-year-old posted a bogey-free, 5-under 67 in Round 3 on Saturday to climb back up the leaderboard. He moved inside the top 30, though he'll likely need a top-11 finish to defend his title at the Tour Championship.

Tiger hit 10 of 14 fairways, which he converted into 12 greens in regulation on moving day. He gained strokes in all facets of the game to card his first round without a bogey since last year's third round of the BMW Championship.
