Tiger cards even-par 2nd round at Bay Hill; 7 shots back of lead

Tiger Woods almost holed a birdie putt on 18, but settled for par to finish his second round of the Arnold Palmer Invitational at an even 72, keeping him at 4-under heading into the weekend at Bay Hill.

Henrik Stenson and Bryson DeChambeau each hold a share of the tournament lead at 11-under par.

Tiger's round was mostly steady, and included two birdies with a pair of bogeys.

He also got himself into trouble on No. 15 when his approach shot found the bunker, but he was able to chip out and save par with a 22-foot putt:

Woods sits tied for 17th place and has made the cut in back-to-back weeks on the PGA Tour for the first time since March 2014.
