Team Canada's management group has five personnel decisions remaining for the men's Olympic roster before the Dec. 31 deadline, TSN's Pierre LeBrun reported on Thursday's edition of "Insider Trading."

Canada is still deciding on two roster spots for both forwards and defensemen and one spot in goal, LeBrun notes.

The four most prominent forwards on the bubble who didn't make February's 4 Nations Face-Off squad are Macklin Celebrini, Tom Wilson, Nick Suzuki, and Bo Horvat.

Connor Bedard, who's tied for sixth in league scoring and is out until at least January with an upper-body injury, is trending toward a spot on Canada's reserve list, per LeBrun.

On defense, Canada's brass is apparently debating the fits of rookie Matthew Schaefer and Evan Bouchard.

The four goalies still in the mix for the final roster spot are reportedly Jordan Binnington, Logan Thompson, Darcy Kuemper, and Mackenzie Blackwood. Binnington has the worst stats of that group this season, but he started at the 4 Nations and has a longstanding relationship with Canada and St. Louis Blues general manager Doug Armstrong.

Canada's men's hockey team opens its Olympic schedule Feb. 12 against Czechia.
