Iupati absorbed a hit to the helmet from Kam Chancellor during the second quarter of Sunday's game before falling to the ground immediately. He was attended to by medical staff for several minutes.
There was no immediate information on the nature of Iupati's injury but it appeared doctors were tending to his neck or shoulder.
Earl Watford replaced Iupati at left guard.
