Detroit Lions running back D'Andre Swift left Thursday's 16-14 loss to the Chicago Bears after suffering a shoulder injury midway through the second quarter.

Swift hurt his shoulder after being tackled by Bears linebacker Roquan Smith. He was taken to the locker room for evaluation before being ruled out.

Lions head coach Dan Campbell said postgame Swift has a shoulder sprain, according to Brad Galli of WXYZ.

"It's a wait and see," he added.

Swift entered the contest with a team-high 975 scrimmage yards and six touchdowns through 10 games this season. The second-year runner recorded only six touches before being sidelined versus Chicago.

Jamaal Williams took over at running back for Detroit and finished the day with 65 yards on 15 carries. He also caught five passes for 18 yards.

The loss dropped the Lions to 0-10-1 this season.
