The Philadelphia Eagles are on track to have three starters back for their Thursday Night Football game against the New York Giants.

Eagles head coach Doug Pederson said Wednesday that wide receiver DeSean Jackson, right tackle Lane Johnson, and cornerback Avonte Maddox are expected to play against the Giants, according to team writer Dave Spadaro.

Jackson has missed the last three games after suffering a hamstring injury in Week 3. Maddox was also sidelined for Philadelphia's last three contests with an ankle ailment.

Johnson, meanwhile, has been inactive for two games this season, including last week's loss to the Baltimore Ravens.

Pederson added that he doesn't expect veteran wideout Alshon Jeffery to be in the lineup against the Giants. Jeffery has yet to play this season due to a foot injury.

The 1-4-1 Eagles are on a two-game losing streak and have already ruled running back Miles Sanders and tight end Zach Ertz out for their Week 7 matchup. Ertz is expected to miss three-to-four weeks with a reported high ankle sprain.
