NFL invites 58 prospects to participate virtually in draft

No one will be strutting to the stage and shaking hands with Roger Goodell at this year's NFL draft, but the league is still looking to make the moment a memorable one for the draftees.

The NFL has invited 58 prospects to participate in what will be a virtual draft this year due to the coronavirus pandemic. Teams will make their selections virtually or by calling them in, but the draftees will still be involved in some way.

How the players will participate will be shared by the league closer to the draft, which will be held from April 23-25.

The invited players include a number of potential first-round draft picks:
