As expected, Antonio Brown is active and will make his New England Patriots debut Sunday versus the Miami Dolphins.

The wide receiver traveled with the team to Miami after the NFL decided not to place him on the commissioner's exempt list ahead of Week 2.

Brown is being sued by his former trainer for sexual assault. His accuser is expected to meet with the league Monday.

The 31-year-old wideout signed a one-year contract worth up to $15 million with the Patriots one day before the lawsuit was filed. He landed with New England following his release from the Oakland Raiders.

Brown, a seven-time Pro Bowler, led the NFL in touchdown receptions last season with 15 and added 1,297 yards while playing for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
