In the eyes of Josh Gordon, Tom Brady has lived up to his reputation since the wideout joined the New England Patriots more than two months ago.

"I came in with the idea he was a hardworking guy, and he's done nothing but shown that continuously and consistently," Gordon said Thursday, according to Mike Reiss of ESPN. "He's a family man, he loves his family, FaceTiming with his kids, which is something I can relate to with my family, my kids. He enjoys the game and everything that comes with it."

Gordon's started all nine of his games since arriving in New England via trade with the Cleveland Browns. The former All-Pro has caught 34 of 57 targets for 605 yards and three touchdowns.

He credits Brady's leadership with helping him stay on the field after playing just 10 games over the previous four seasons due to multiple suspensions for his struggles with substance abuse.

"It's good to be able to be in such close proximity to learn from him. I look up to the guy," said Gordon. "He's done everything right, so I just enjoy the time being around him."
