Each week, we take a look at five last-minute additions for your fantasy team heading into Sunday.

DaeSean Hamilton, WR, Broncos

at 49ers

Hamilton will move into a sizable role after Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders and tight end Jeff Heuerman suffered season-ending injuries.

The fourth-round rookie has played just 24.5 percent of Denver's offensive snaps this season, according to Football Outsiders. However, he led Broncos wide receivers while playing 80 percent of the team's offensive snaps against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 13 when Sanders was still healthy. Hamilton made his first start of the season, but he wasn't targeted in the 24-10 victory and has caught just five passes for 61 yards in 2018.

He's expected to be featured in the slot, with Tim Patrick and fellow rookie Courtland Sutton operating on the outside. Quarterback Case Keenum had some fun with reporters this week when asked about working with Hamilton:

Jones will benefit from the Bills' surprising release of struggling veteran Kelvin Benjamin, even though he had already become the team's clear top target. The sophomore saw nine targets against the Miami Dolphins last week, his second-highest single-game total in 2018. He recorded four catches for 67 yards and two touchdowns, matching his scoring output over the previous 11 games.

The Bills enter a matchup against a Jets defense ranked 18th at defending No. 1 receivers, according to Football Outsiders' DVOA. New York has allowed 5.7 targets and 50.7 yards per game to top wideouts while giving up 21 passing touchdowns.

While receiving passes from Matt Barkley, the 2017 second-round pick caught eight of a season-high 11 targets for 93 yards and a touchdown during Buffalo's first meeting with the Jets in Week 10. Rookie Josh Allen is under center now for the Bills, and he praised Jones this week for his work in practice, saying the two have been developing a strong relationship.

Stevan Ridley, RB, Steelers

at Raiders

Rookie Jaylen Samuels was the waiver-wire darling this week following an injury to Steelers' lead back James Conner. Conner was averaging nearly 17 rush attempts per game this season, while Samuels and Ridley have combined for just 30 carries.

Ridley was being leaned on slightly more as a runner early in 2018, but he hasn't played since Week 10. Samuels, who played both running back and tight end at NC State, hasn't recorded more than five carries in a single game.

Only the Bengals have allowed more rushing yards this season than the Raiders, and Oakland has also given up 11 scores on the ground. Ridley could return value through a goal-line touchdown or increased work when the Steelers are killing the clock in the fourth quarter. Pittsburgh is favored by 10 points on the road.

Quincy Enunwa, WR, Jets

at Bills

Enunwa started strong in 2018 after missing last season due to a neck issue. He caught 21 of 37 targets for 278 yards and one touchdown over the first four weeks of the season while working as rookie quarterback Sam Darnold's No. 1 option.

Darnold is expected to return on Sunday from a three-game injury absence. While he's struggled with accuracy through nine games and still leads the league in interceptions despite the missed time, his return offers more upside for the rest of the Jets' offensive pieces.

Enunwa should immediately return to his role as the target hog. He's a strong play in all PPR formats despite the low touchdown upside.

Rex Burkhead, RB, Patriots

at Dolphins

Burkhead played 23 percent of the Patriots' offensive snaps in his Week 13 return from injury against the Minnesota Vikings. He gained 20 yards on seven carries and caught two passes for 21 yards.

The 28-year-old will stay behind James White and Sony Michel in the backfield rotation, but his versatility allows him to remain in the mix while New England throws different looks at opposing defenses.

The Pats are favored by more than a touchdown over the Dolphins, and they should be able to lean on their rushing attack for much of the game.
