Terrell Owens says he wasn't joking when he offered his services to the New York Giants last month.

Owens, who last played in the NFL in 2010, reached out to the Giants on Twitter after wide receivers Odell Beckham Jr., Brandon Marshall, and Sterling Shepard all went down with injuries in a Week 5 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. The Giants never took him up on his offer, but Owens is still hopeful of making a comeback.

"I can help anybody," Owens told TMZ Sports, adding that he would have left "Dancing with the Stars" if he received an offer.

TMZ Sports also spoke to Chad Johnson about his pitch to the Giants. He acknowledged he "wouldn't make it" in the league today.
