Week 10 of the NFL season kicks off Thursday when the Oakland Raiders host the Los Angeles Chargers in a divisional tilt. Here are the best prop bets for the prime-time clash.

Josh Jacobs over 83.5 rushing yards

The first running back off the board this past spring, Jacobs has certainly been worth the price of admission. He's been on a roll lately, surpassing the century mark on the ground in three of the last four. Football Outsiders ranks him fourth in the league in defense-adjusted yards above replacement - a running back's production compared to that of a replacement-level player - and No. 8 in defensive-adjusted value over average, or production over the average running back.

The Chargers' defense, meanwhile, ranks 20th in the NFL with 114.1 rush yards allowed per game. Excluding last week's game against the Packers - in which Green Bay trailed the entire game - L.A. has allowed more than 100 yards on the ground in three of its last four.

Derek Carr under 0.5 interceptions

Carr is quietly enjoying one of the best stretches of his career. He has nine touchdowns passes against one interception over the last five, with 30 or more attempts in four of those contests. Part of his success is due to the offensive line, which has given its quarterback plenty of time; Carr has been hurried more than three times just once over the last five games. A week after making zero turnover-worthy throws, we expect Carr to keep rolling.

Mike Williams longest reception over 22.5 yards

Williams has been a solid complement to fellow wide receiver Keenan Allen, who operates out of the slot. A big body who can make plays down the field, Williams is becoming a deep threat. He's averaging more than 18 yards per reception this season, and his 9.8 yards per target ranks 20th in the NFL. We think he'll be good for at least one splash play this week. After all, Oakland's secondary is nothing to write home about: Only the Bengals have allowed more yards per completion to opposing offenses this season. Perhaps more importantly, the Raiders' league-worst pass rush should allow Williams' routes to fully develop, giving him more upside in the vertical passing game.
