Big Baller Brand's social media accounts have been silent since news broke last month that Lonzo Ball was severing ties with co-founder Alan Foster, but it looks like the company may be preparing to issue refunds to its customers.

On Friday, Big Baller Brand posted a notice on Instagram asking anyone who preordered Lonzo's second signature ZO2 sneaker or LiAngelo Ball's G3 Lux to email the company.

The ZO2.19 was scheduled to begin shipping in February.

There are currently 190 complaints registered with the Better Business Bureau against Big Baller Brand, many of which pertain to customers not receiving their orders. The Better Business Bureau issued a warning about purchasing from Big Baller Brand in May 2018 after giving it an "F" rating.

The company's website, meanwhile, has been down since April 6 and there's been no indication of when or if it will go back online.
