Four-star wide receiver Quentin Johnston announced his commitment to Texas in a video Saturday.

Johnston is the eighth-ranked receiver prospect in the nation and the No. 60 overall recruit on the ESPN 300.

Johnston - who played at Temple High School in Texas - had offers from TCU, Oklahoma, and Baylor, among others.

"It's a good business school," Johnston told Mike Roach of Horns247. "It's a big family. Every time I go there the coaches are so happy to see me. That's like a good feeling and I like that every time I go there."

The 6-foot-4, 180-pound wideout caught 45 passes for 923 yards and 16 touchdowns in his final high school season. He joins Jake Smith, Kennedy Lewis, and Marcus Washington as new additions to the Longhorns' receiving group.
