Zion Williamson is the presumptive favorite to go first overall in this summer's NBA Draft, but he'd likely have a promising future in another sport if he so desired.

In a conversation with Williamson's head coach, Mike Krzyzewski, Clemson football head coach Dabo Swinney admitted the Blue Devils freshman sensation could star on the gridiron.

"I'd put (Williamson) at tight end or wideout or (defensive) end or wherever he wanted to play," Swinney said on ESPNU Radio. "We might even put him at quarterback."

Williamson took the basketball world by storm with his rare mix of speed, size, and athleticism. The 6-foot-7, 292 pound forward also has a strong mid-range game and excellent passing ability.

The Duke standout said that football never presented itself as a serious option during his high school career.

"I didn't get this size until my junior year of high school," Williamson told ESPN's Myron Medcalf. "And my (high) school doesn't have a football team

Williamson certainly made the correct decision to play basketball, as evidenced by his season to date. But football fans everywhere must be wondering how he'd fit in with the defending national champions.
