The UConn women's basketball team continues to dominate the competition, breaking several records in its first-round matchup against St. Francis.

Connecticut obliterated the 16th-seeded Red Flash, 140-52, cruising past the previous NCAA tournament record of 121 set by Alabama in a quadruple-overtime win over Duke in 1995.

After scoring a record 55 points in the first quarter, UConn finished the half with an NCAA-record 94 points.

Prior to its shocking upset loss last season, UConn had won four straight national championships, and 10 total since 2000. It's currently undefeated on the season, finishing the campaign with a 32-0 record before this dominant performance.
