Report: Nuggets' Gordon could miss Game 7 with hamstring strain

Denver Nuggets forward Aaron Gordon has a left hamstring strain, and his status for Sunday's Game 7 against the Oklahoma City Thunder is in doubt, sources told ESPN's Shams Charania.

Gordon suffered the injury late in the fourth quarter of the Nuggets' Game 6 win Thursday. He was in visible discomfort before exiting the contest.

The 29-year-old is having the best postseason run of his career, averaging playoff personal-bests of 16.8 points and 7.3 rebounds per game.

Gordon has also made multiple clutch plays, including a game-winning dunk against the Los Angeles Clippers in Round 1. He additionally hit game-tying 3-pointers in Games 1 and 3 against the Thunder.

Gordon battled a right calf strain throughout the regular season that limited him to just 51 games.

Denver is looking to reach its second Western Conference final of the past three years. If the Nuggets beat the Thunder in the series finale, they will meet the Minnesota Timberwolves in Round 3.
