Hartenstein to miss at least 1 week with calf injury
Oklahoma City Thunder center Isaiah Hartenstein will be sidelined for at least one week due to a left soleus strain in his calf.
Hartenstein suffered the injury in Tuesday's win over the Philadelphia 76ers.
The 26-year-old has been a great addition to OKC's frontcourt in the first year of a three-year, $87-million contract inked in the offseason. He's averaging a career-high 11.8 points, 12.2 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks in 2024-25.
Hartenstein missed the first 15 games of the campaign due to a fractured left hand he suffered in the preseason. The Thunder have also been without big man Chet Holmgren since early November because of a pelvic fracture.
OKC sits atop the Western Conference at 33-6. The Thunder next play Thursday against the Cleveland Cavaliers, the only team with a better record than them.
