Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry is doing his part to help educate the public on the coronavirus and COVID-19.

On Thursday, Curry hosted an Instagram Live Q&A session with Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, that touched on a variety of topics related to the coronavirus outbreak.

Thousands tuned in, including former United States President Barack Obama.

Curry and Dr. Fauci discussed how COVID-19 differs from the common flu, when it will be safe to hold large gatherings again, and how the virus and disease affect different age groups.

An archived version of the entire Q&A can be viewed on Curry's Instagram page.
