David DeLooper's mission to appear on the Jumbotron at every NBA team's arena in 30 days came to an end Thursday night in Portland.

DeLooper, who hails from Philadelphia, began his "30 for 30 for 30" journey on Christmas Day at the 76ers' game against the Milwaukee Bucks. He documented each of his Jumbotron appearances on Instagram.

His strategy to make it onto big screens, as he explained to Stephanie Farr of The Philadelphia Inquirer, involved sitting in the lower level of arenas, wearing wacky costumes, and showing off "subpar dance moves." He took a sabbatical from work for the trip and would often stay with friends to save money.

Among the highlights for DeLooper was watching the Los Angeles Lakers and Clippers play separate games at Staples Center on Jan. 5.

"Seeing two powerhouse teams that have so much history within seven or eight hours of each other was awesome," he said. "It was definitely a once-in-a-lifetime thing."

DeLooper made his final Jumbotron appearance at Moda Center during the Portland Trail Blazers' 133-125 loss to the Dallas Mavericks. He said he plans to celebrate his accomplishment Saturday at the Sixers-Lakers game.
