The Golden State Warriors have acquired the 41st overall pick in Thursday's NBA draft from the Atlanta Hawks in exchange for a 2024 second-round pick and $1.3 million, league sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Golden State used a similar maneuver during the 2017 draft when it dealt $3.5 million in cash considerations to land Jordan Bell, who was selected by the Chicago Bulls with the 38th overall pick. The Warriors also own the 28th and 58th picks in the 2019 draft.

Meanwhile, Atlanta already dealt the 44th overall pick to the Miami Heat in exchange for a future conditional second-round pick and cash considerations. The Hawks now hold the eighth, 10th, 17th, and 35th overall selections in the 2019 draft.
