Ahead of his final NBA All-Star appearance, Dwyane Wade was gifted his own Hollywood star by friends and fellow Banana Boat crew members Carmelo Anthony and Chris Paul at an event in Charlotte on Thursday night.
Anthony said during his speech that he encouraged Wade to return for another season last summer to get the farewell tour he deserved.

Los Angeles Lakers president of basketball operations Magic Johnson also honored Wade at the event, reflecting on the guard's MVP performance against the Dallas Mavericks in the 2006 NBA Finals.
