Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James has no problem with the Dallas Mavericks electing to ship Harrison Barnes to the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday night.

It's how Dallas went about handling its business that irked the four-time NBA Most Valuable Player.

News of Barnes being dealt broke while the Mavericks were taking on the visiting Charlotte Hornets at American Airlines Arena on Wednesday. An oblivious Barnes exited late in the third quarter and remained on the bench in the fourth as Dallas held on for a 99-93 victory.

James later took to Instagram to comment on the transaction and the narrative that players are "selfish" or "ungrateful" when they want to be dealt, but it's acceptable for a franchise to move a player if it works to their benefit.
