Iman Shumpert will move from the Sacramento Kings to the Houston Rockets in a three-way trade also involving Cleveland, the Cavaliers announced ahead of Thursday's trade deadline.

In addition to Shumpert, the Rockets add shooting guard Nik Stauskas, point guard Wade Baldwin, and a 2021 second-round pick from the Cavaliers. The pick previously belonged to the Milwaukee Bucks.

The Kings receive shooting guard Alec Burks from the Cavaliers and a 2020 second-round pick from the Rockets.

The Cavaliers get power forward Marquese Chriss and point guard Brandon Knight, a 2019 first-round pick, and a 2022 second-round pick, all from the Rockets. The 2019 first-round pick is lottery protected, a source told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

The trade grants the wish of Chriss, who asked to be dealt if he wasn't going to see more playing time. In return, the Rockets get a veteran defender in Shumpert, who averaged nine points in 42 games with the Kings this season.
