The Denver Nuggets just got swaggier.

Denver signed guard Nick Young - also known as "Swaggy P" - on Monday, the team announced.

Young became a free agent upon the conclusion of the 2017-18 season, in which he was a member of the Golden State Warriors' title-winning team. Prior to his stint in the Bay Area, the veteran sharpshooter spent four seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers, averaging 13.1 points on 40.5 percent shooting in 24.5 minutes per game.

The 33-year-old will provide needed depth for a Nuggets rotation which has recently suffered numerous injuries. Gary Harris and Will Barton's respective recoveries from hip injuries are currently being measured in weeks, not days, while Isaiah Thomas has yet to make his team debut due to his own ailing hip.

Starting point guard Jamal Murray is also listed as questionable for Monday's tilt with the Memphis Grizzlies due to soreness in his shin, calf, and forearm.

Despite the injuries, the Nuggets have still gotten off to a 17-9 start this season and sit third in the Western Conference.
