Golden State Warriors players continue to drop like flies.

Forward Omri Casspi is the latest member of the Dubs to be bitten by the injury bug, as he's expected to be sidelined for about one week with an ankle sprain, reports Yahoo Sports' Shams Charania.

Casspi suffered the right ankle injury early in Friday's contest against the Sacramento Kings when he landed awkwardly after tossing up a hook shot. He was hobbling afterward and grabbed his right foot before eventually exiting the game for good.

He joins a handful of teammates on the shelf, including Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Klay Thompson, and Patrick McCaw, who have all been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Phoenix Suns. Andre Iguodala, who's been sidelined with a left knee injury, is probable for the tilt.

Casspi is averaging 5.7 points, 3.8 rebounds, and one assist in 14 minutes over 53 games this season with the defending champions, who despite their injuries, have a firm grasp of the No. 2 seed.
