The Cleveland Cavaliers will be without Cedi Osman for two weeks as the forward has suffered a left hip flexor strain, the team reported. He left Saturday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers with the injury.

The Cavaliers traded a large chunk of their roster before the trade deadline, which gave the Macedonian-born Osman an opportunity to play a bigger role in the rotation. He started nine consecutive games before heading back to the bench over their last three.

The 6-foot-8 rookie is averaging 7.9 points and 2.9 rebounds over the last 12 games.

Losing Osman will hurt the depth of an already depleted forward rotation for the Cavaliers, who have been without All-Star Kevin Love since Jan. 30.
