A fight between featherweight contenders Arnold Allen and Jean Silva will take place at UFC 324 on Jan. 24, UFC CEO Dana White announced Thursday.

UFC 324, which will happen at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, will mark the promotion's first numbered event on Paramount+ in the United States.

Allen, ranked No. 6 in the 145-pound division, hasn't stepped into the Octagon since a unanimous decision win over Giga Chikadze at UFC 304 in July 2024. The 31-year-old Englishman snapped a two-fight skid with the victory.

Silva, ranked No. 11, is looking to rebound from a knockout loss to Diego Lopes in the Noche UFC main event in September. The 28-year-old Brazilian had won 13 in a row heading into that fight.

UFC 324 will be headlined by a lightweight interim title fight between Justin Gaethje and Paddy Pimblett and a bantamweight title bout between Amanda Nunes and champion Kayla Harrison.
