Font-Rosas added to Noche UFC card
Highly touted bantamweight prospect Raul Rosas Jr. will receive the biggest test of his career when he faces Rob Font at Noche UFC on Sept. 13 in San Antonio.
The promotion announced the matchup Wednesday.
Rosas is coming off a unanimous decision win over Vince Morales in March. The 20-year-old Mexican-American is riding a four-fight winning streak and is 5-1 in the UFC overall. Rosas made his Octagon debut in 2022 after an appearance on Dana White's Contender Series.
Font, the No. 9-ranked bantamweight contender, has won two in a row, earning decisions over Jean Matsumoto and Kyler Phillips. The 38-year-old is 3-2 in his last five outings dating back to 2023.
In the Noche UFC main event, Diego Lopes and Jean Silva will meet in a pivotal featherweight bout.
