The UFC's long-rumored return to the United Kingdom is now official.
The promotion is hosting an event in London on March 19, it announced Wednesday.
That'll mark the UFC's first show in a country other than the United States and the United Arab Emirates since March 2020, when it hosted a card in Brazil amid the start of COVID-19 shutdowns.
The promotion hasn't been to London since March 2019, when Jorge Masvidal knocked out Darren Till. There was a London event scheduled for March 21, 2020, but it was canceled because of the pandemic.
The March 19 card will take place at O2 Arena, which has hosted nine previous events.
A headlining bout hasn't been confirmed.
