A light heavyweight rematch between Corey Anderson and Jan Blachowicz is in the works to serve as the UFC Rio Rancho main event on Feb. 15 in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, ESPN's Brett Okamoto reports.

In their first fight, Anderson defeated Blachowicz by unanimous decision at UFC 191 in September 2015.

Anderson is coming off an upset TKO win over Johnny Walker at UFC 244 last month. "Overtime" is riding a four-fight winning streak.

In his last bout, Blachowicz defeated Ronaldo Souza by lackluster decision in the UFC Sao Paulo main event in November. Prior to that, he scored a brutal knockout win over former UFC middleweight champion Luke Rockhold. Blachowicz is on a two-fight winning streak.

Both Anderson and Blachowicz are 7-3 in the Octagon since their 2015 bout. They are currently ranked No. 5 and No. 6 in the division, respectively. The rematch could determine the next challenger for the winner of champ Jon Jones versus Dominick Reyes, which will also take place in February.
