Eric Spicely has stepped up on short notice to fight Deron Winn on Saturday at UFC Greenville, sources told MMAJunkie's Nolan King.

Spicely (12-4) replaces Bruno Silva, who was forced off the card due to injury. The 32-year-old was released from the UFC last year after three straight losses. Since then, the Tristar Gym standout has picked up back-to-back stoppage victories, including a first-round TKO of UFC veteran Caio Magalhaes at CES 55 in March. Spicely re-signed with the UFC this past weekend.

Winn (5-0) is making his promotional debut and is now on his third opponent after both Silva and Markus Perez were forced off the card. The 30-year-old, who is a training partner of Daniel Cormier at AKA, has finished four of his five career opponents. The NCAA wrestling standout will compete in the middleweight division for the first time.
