Cejudo TKOs Dillashaw in 32 seconds to retain flyweight belt

Putting together an incredible performance in his first defense of the flyweight title Saturday night in Brooklyn, Henry Cejudo needed just 32 seconds to stop T.J. Dillashaw and deny the bantamweight titleholder in his quest for two belts.
Cejudo, who was fighting for the first time since knocking off longtime 125-pound champ Demetrius Johnson, came out swinging against the heavily favored Dillashaw. He got the fight to the ground just 20 seconds in and, smelling his opportunity for an early stoppage, unleashed a barrage of strikes that Dillashaw was unable to sustain.

The dominant showing gives Cejudo the fifth-fastest finish in UFC championship history.
Cejudo indicated in his post-fight Octagon interview that he wants a rematch with Dillashaw at 135 pounds, which would give him a shot of his own at becoming a two-weight champion.
Speaking to the media after the loss, Dillashaw took issue with the referee's stoppage and said he wants a rematch at 125 pounds.

A fourth consecutive victory sees Cejudo improve his career record to 14-2. Dillashaw drops to 16-4, with each of his four career losses coming on the heels of four-fight win streaks.
