Report: Yankova to end layoff vs. Kate Jackson at Bellator 200

Bellator MMA

Anastasia Yankova is getting back in the saddle.

The undefeated flyweight will end a layoff dating to April of last year in a meeting with Kate Jackson at Bellator 200 on May 25 at Wembley Arena in London, an official confirmed to MMAjunkie's Mike Bohn on Monday.

Yankova has gotten her hand raised in all five of her professional bouts, three of which were contested at a catchweight exceeding the flyweight limit under the Bellator banner. The Russian was last seen taking a unanimous verdict over Greece's Elina Kallionidou at Bellator 176.

Jackson - a U.K. native and former contestant on "The Ultimate Fighter 23" - has split a pair of walks to the Bellator cage, besting Colleen Schneider by injury TKO in August before falling to debuting UFC alum Valerie Letourneau on points at Bellator 191 in December.

Bellator 200 will see Rafael Carvalho defend his middleweight crown against recent UFC import Gegard Mousasi and heavyweight legend Mirko Cro Cop make his promotional debut in a rematch opposite Roy Nelson.
