UFC Fight Night 127 has lost another bout.

Mere days after a welterweight contest between Jack Marshman and Bradley Scott fell through, a lightweight tilt between Nasrat Haqparast and Nad Narimani has been scratched from Saturday's bill in London due to an "infectious eye condition" that rendered Haqparast medically unfit to compete.

UFC Fight Night 127 will now proceed with 10 bouts.

Haqparast - who's since taken to Instagram to detail the ordeal - was to vie for his first promotional victory after dropping a decision to Marcin Held in his UFC debut this past October, while Narimani - a former Cage Warriors featherweight champion - was to make his maiden voyage to the Octagon in Alex Reyes' stead on less than a week's notice.

Heavyweights Fabricio Werdum and Alexander Volkov will clash in the card's closer.
