Gustafsson, Teixeira, Hadzovic, Velickovic win UFC Stockholm bonuses

A pair of rookies joined a pair of veterans among the performance bonus winners of UFC Fight Night 109 in Stockholm, Sweden on Sunday.

While Alexander Gustafsson and Glover Teixeira received $50,000 checks for their Fight of the Night-winning main event duel, preliminary performers Damir Hadzovic and Bojan Velickovic also cashed in for authoring two of the evening's most impressive finishes.

UFC officials announced the winners after the show.

In the first bout on the card, Hadzovic snatched victory from the jaws of defeat by knocking out Marcin Held with a knee in the third round.

Velickovic recorded a memorable KO of his own, putting Nico Musoke on dream street in the third round of their back-and-forth battle.

Gustafsson wins his fourth Fight of the Night award and Teixeira his second (in addition to three other performance bonuses). Hadzovic and Velickovic both receive bonuses for the first time.
