The Toronto Blue Jays have agreed to a one-year deal with right-hander Rafael Dolis, reports TSN's Scott Mitchell.

The agreement is worth $1 million plus bonuses and includes a 2021 option worth $1.5 million with no buyout, a source told Sportsnet's Shi Davidi.

Dolis hasn't pitched in the majors since 2013 but was an effective reliever for the Hanshin Tigers in Japan over the past four seasons, authoring a 2.49 ERA with 96 saves in 206 innings pitched.

The 32-year-old Dominican has 44 1/3 innings of major-league experience, all coming with the Chicago Cubs from 2011-13. He recorded a 5.48 ERA across 40 appearances.

Dolis is the latest addition to a Blue Jays bullpen that also includes closer Ken Giles and the newly acquired Shun Yamaguchi and Anthony Bass.
