St. Louis Cardinals manager Mike Shildt didn't hold back in his celebratory speech after his club thumped the Atlanta Braves 13-1 in Game 5 of the NLDS.

Outfielder Randy Arozarena livestreamed his skipper tearing into the Braves for starting "some shit" earlier in the series on his Instagram account during postgame celebrations.

"We played the game hard and we played the game right. They started some shit. We finished the shit," Shildt said. "And that's how we roll. ... No one fucks with us ever. Ever."

The NLDS got heated on occasion, especially when Cardinals closer Carlos Martinez took issue with Ronald Acuna Jr. admiring his home run in Game 1.

"I wanted him to respect the game and respect me as a veteran player," Martinez said later.

Jack Flaherty plunked Acuna with a fastball during the series clincher Wednesday.

With the Braves out of the way and the teams' budding rivalry temporarily on hold, Shildt appears ready to face either the Los Angeles Dodgers or the Washington Nationals in the NLCS.

"I don't give a fuck who we play," Shildt said in his profanity-laden speech. "We're going to fuck them up, we're going to take it right to them the whole fucking way. We're going to kick their fucking ass."

Game 1 of the NLCS is scheduled for Friday.
