You can count Houston Astros right-hander Collin McHugh among those who think the Chicago White Sox are manipulating top outfield prospect Eloy Jimenez's service time. And he's not happy about it.

McHugh took to Twitter on Wednesday night to rip into the White Sox after they optioned the 22-year-old Jimenez to Triple-A Charlotte earlier in the day.

Jimenez - baseball's third-ranked prospect, according to MLB Pipeline - struggled at the plate this spring. He went 4-for-26 with three extra-base hits and nine strikeouts over nine spring games.

Still, that didn't stop McHugh from calling out the opposing franchise. It's not the first time he's been vocal on the subject, either. The pitcher criticized the Toronto Blue Jays on Twitter in February for reportedly suppressing Vladimir Guerrero Jr.'s service time to gain an extra year of team control.
