The Chicago Cubs and Milwaukee Brewers will need one more game to settle the National League Central.

After the Cubs and Brewers both won their games Sunday, the two teams sit tied at 95-67 and will play Monday at Wrigley Field to decide who will take the division crown. Because the Los Angeles Dodgers and Colorado Rockies will also play a tiebreaker game to decide the NL West, the Cubs-Brewers game will start at 1:05 p.m. ET.

The loser of the game will host either the Dodgers or Rockies in the wild-card game, while the winner will wait to play the winner of the wild-card game.

Chicago owns the best home record in the NL at 51-30 and was 11-8 against the Brewers this season, including 6-3 at Wrigley Field.

The Cubs are looking to win a franchise-record third straight NL Central title, while the Brewers are looking to win their first since 2011.
