Manny Machado's move to Los Angeles isn't set in stone just yet.

While the framework of a deal to send Machado from the Baltimore Orioles to the Los Angeles Dodgers for a package of prospects has apparently been agreed upon, a medical issue involving one of the prospects heading to Baltimore is reportedly holding up the trade's completion, according to Jon Heyman of Fancred Sports.

The exact package supposedly heading to Baltimore is unknown, though it's expected outfielder Yusniel Diaz - Los Angeles' No. 4 prospect, according to MLB Pipeline - will be involved. But Diaz is apparently not the prospect currently stalling the trade, Heyman reports, and the identity of the player in question remains unclear.

Whatever the problem is may not be a major concern for the Orioles. According to Roch Kubatko of MASN, the issues have been "all but addressed" and five players will head to Baltimore in exchange for Machado.

The 26-year-old is scheduled to become a free agent at season's end.
